Udang Goreng Asam(Tamarind Prawn)

We had this and lionhead for dinner last night, just in case if anyone's wonderin if there's any left overs..errrr...what's that word again??
oh yeah..ALL GONE!!
The Recipe;

Fresh Prawns
Tamarind
Sugar
Some Coriander leaves for garnishing.

Method;

Wash and trim all the unwanted hair from mr. Prawn.
Add a table spoon of water to tamarind paste.
Mix it well.
Marinade prawn with tamarind paste (asam jawa ) for about half an hour.
Heat oil and fry those babies until almost burnt like. (ie, they might look all black and yucky but trust me, they taste good)
Add sugar to taste.
Garnish with Coriander leaves.
